Directing The Power Of Your Subconscious To Harness The LOA To Build The Life You Want
Are you enjoying the level of success in business that you want? Are you enjoying with the level of wealth that you used to wish for? Are your relationships as fulfilling as you had hoped? Are you happy with you body as it is, do you enjoy the level of health that you desire?
If not, then your subconscious mindset needs to be worked on. Your sub-conscious mind put the Universal Law of Attraction into action in your life, and the Universal Law of Attraction determines the results that you will attract in each area of your life including success in business, building wealth and prosperity, building great relationships, and enjoying perfect health. When you learn to program your subconscious mindset you can harness the LOA and make it work for you, rather than against you.
The unconscious mind is the seat of belief, habit, and where are dominant thoughts and angles are stored. The way our subconscious is programmed effects our complete lives. The beliefs in our subconscious are the forces that direct and create our lives as we progress through time.
If you haven’t achieved everything that you would have was hoping to, and if you are not happy with the results you’re receiving in any actual area of your life, it’s often because your subconscious convictions are programmed negatively.
You can reprogram your subconscious with new sentiments, and you can create new leads to your life. We are living in a powerful universe of cause and effect. The dominant thoughts and beliefs we have are the cause of everything in our life, and the effects are the experiences that we attract into our life.
If your results are not what you need them to be, start looking at the root cause, the thoughts or convictions that you hold that’d be creating those results. When you find the main cause it’ll be in the form of a negative belief or a negative perspective toward that area of your life.
But you can replace poor causes with more supportive ones in the same way that you made the negative ones, thru incessant thought. When you begin thinking and giving your attention to the desired results, you’ll be programming them into your subconscious.
After a period, depending on how much attention you give to the good and fascinating, your subconscious will develop these new convictions and your life will change accordingly . You have command over what you feed to your subconscious, so use that control so you only attract and create pleasing and desirable effects.

The Secret To Using The Law Of Attraction In Relationships
Proponents of the Law of Attraction often make it sound like it’s the answer to any problem you may have. While I do agree based on my own experiences and spiritual practice that you can effect changes in your life that way – it is only part of the solution.
A perfect example involves relationships.
Let’s say you want to improve your relationship with your husband or wife. You might feel you are in a good relationship, and want it to just get better. Or you might be feeling very negative right now about the other person. Don’t think that all you have to do is use the law of attraction to get the other person to change. If you really want to bring about long-term improvements, you need to also change yourself.
So let’s list the steps to take to improve a relationship. (Of course, this isn’t meant to take the place of other actions you might have to take in some circumstances, such as abusive relationships.)
1. First, you must decide that you want to improve the relationship.
2. Second, set aside any negative feelings you might have about the other person. This might require waiting until a point in time when things are going well, or when you aren’t in the middle of the throes of resentment.
3. Third, reflect on the positive qualities of the other person, particularly those things that make you feel good. It might be those qualities that attracted you to the person to begin with. Or it might be qualities that you enjoy now, but that you want to experience more of. To help focus on these qualities, you can even write them down. Spend a little time each day to reflect on these, and to actually feel gratitude for those good things that you experience with the other person.
Pay attention to small changes, as any improvement is a step in the right direction and paves the way for more improvement later on.
I can attest to the fact that this does work, and I’ve had tremendous success with this in my own relationships. This includes not only my relationship with my wife, but also with my children. It’s even been a little uncanny how quickly things can change.
But you may still notice a problem. Yes, the other person now appears to be more approachable or has changed in ways that you intended. But now you find that there are things about yourself that are still getting in the way. Maybe you aren’t in the right mood to fully appreciate the positive change in others. Maybe it’s not happening “at the right time”. What do you do then?
The truth is that it is not just the other person who is responsible for making your relationship. Take this opportunity to examine your own responsibility for what happens and what you bring to the relationship. Now is the perfect opportunity to figure out what you can do to improve, as it will be confronting you head on. So don’t run away. Think about it – it was your intention that brought about this situation. If you sincerely want to improve your relationship, then this is in harmony with your intent.
You used law of attraction work to attract positive qualities in the other person. If find that you still have negative emotions, then you must realize where they are coming from – yourself. Ask yourself – why am I feeling this way? Blaming others is just the easy ways out, but what is often the case is that there are hidden areas within yourself that need to be examined. This has nothing to do with the other person. It has to do with you.
This is where the real work begins, a work that is well worth the effort. The law of attraction is only a tool – it is not a cure all for any situation. The real cure requires some self work to change your own outlook, and to that end the law of attraction can be an invaluable tool.

Self Help: Exploring The Law Of Attraction
A great deal has been written and said concerning the so-called ‘Law of Attraction’. It has become popular through videos and bestsellers, like ‘The Secret’ and by television talk-show hosts such as Larry King. And yet most do not understand what this ‘attraction’ actually means. Does it mean that you can attract into your life the kind of good things that you crave? And, if so, how can you actually put the ‘Law of Attraction’ into action to change your life for the better?
First of all, you must understand that the ‘Law of Attraction’ is working in your everyday life already. This may be a big surprise for you but what you need to realize is that the life you lead is an exact mirror image of what is going on in your head. Unfortunately, much of what’s going on in the normal person’s mind is doing them damage rather than good because, left on its own, the subconscious mind is both negative and focused in the past, constantly ‘enabling’ you – and that’s obviously the wrong word – to keep repeating all the learned behaviours that are, right now, creating your reality. In other words, as a result of the normal mind’s inner turmoil, it follows that the normal life is also in turmoil.
It doesn’t matter if you know[spin] [spin]this or not, the ‘Law of Attraction’ is a given fact of life. I’m not sure, from reading some of the reams of stuff – often misleading stuff – on the subject, that you will have fully grasped the extraordinary importance of this situation. But say that you appreciate the situation. Let’s say that you already have a firm grasp of the fact that, to quote ‘The Secret’, your thoughts become things – what’s going on in your mind manifests in your life. Great, you’ve grasped this fundamental concept intellectually – but intellectually understanding these facts and being able to get this ‘manifestation’ working for you, rather than against you, is a totally different ballgame.
If you do not consciously take action each day to make certain that you’re in the right mental state, then it really doesn’t matter how much you understand the way life works, you’re simply deluding yourself into the nice cosy misconception that this ‘Law of Attraction’ can change your life in a positive way.
To truly practice the so-called “Law of Attraction” you need to clear your mind. There’s little or no point trying to fill your mind with thoughts of things that you want – people don’t know what they really want. Here’s a far better idea – fill your mind with the only place and time we have – the here and now. If you do that, you will drag your subconscious away from its obsession with both the past and the negative. You will become extraordinarily focused – efficient, effective, inspired and inspirational. In focused state of mind you will attract the very best in life, enabling you rise to places that normal people cannot go.

Getting Anything And Everything You Want
Positive Affirmations – Getting Anything and Everything You Want
Affirmations are our thoughts, inner dialog, and self-talk. We have a continuous stream of affirmations, sometimes we are not even aware of what we say to ourselves. Positive Affirmations are those that create positive energy, flow, behavior, and results in our life. Negative affirmations are the ones that hold us back and that attract failure and negatively. Negative affirmations need to be eliminated and replaced with patterns that are constructive.
Getting what you want can be as easy as acting and reacting as if you want it. Stop being in your own way, and allow the flow of your positive thoughts to create your reality. Determine what you want and consider what internally held beliefs are generating obstacles. Once you have done this you are able to consciously create positive affirmations that will replace the negative self-talk. Using Positive Affirmations consistently will keep you focused on your goals and remind you to be conscious of your inner dialog. As you become more proficient at positive affirmations, there will be no room for negative self-talk.
Get everything and anything you want and desire in life. The more you are able to chip away at long-held, erroneous, and deep-seated negative internal beliefs, the more you are able to allow the results of positive affirmations into your life. When every thought, word, and deed is focused on your goals, you will only have room to achieve what you most desire.
Allow your positive, worthy, and approachable persona to flourish and shine. That persona is you without the negative affirmations. Negative affirmations are just beliefs such as, “I can’t”, “I could never”, “That would never happen”, “there’s no way”, “that would be impossible”, “I don’t think I could”, and you get the idea.
Nearly 90% of our thoughts are negative. Now you know why people do not achieve their goals. All that negative energy attracts the negative things we dread! Watch the movie entitled, “The Secret”, for more detailed information on the Law of Attraction, and how people generally attract the things they dread the most into their lives. Things negative usually include bad relationships, poor health, poverty or debt, bad luck, lack of friendships, poor grades in school, car troubles – the list goes on and on!
Turn this around, and make your thoughts become 90% – 100% positive. Achieve your dreams! Achieve you goals! Live the life you’ve always dreamed of, but never believed would ever be possible for you. Just know that you have the power to change things. You can absolutely without a doubt live a life you never imagined possible – if you just change the way you think, and use affirmations to your benefit. It works every time – guaranteed.

Success And Managing Your Energy
Our universe, our world and your daily life operates like a huge energy-exchange machine. So says quantum physics – everything is made up of energy and the basic building blocks are what are known as superstrings of energy. You have trillions of superstrings of energy that combine into particles, molecules, cells which, all together, add up to the physical you. To quote the physicist Brian Greene, your superstrings are something like violin strings and, when they are all in tune, your day is like a beautiful symphony. But how often does that happen? It’s more common that your strings are out of tune and your daily life sounds more like a third-rate school brass band!
Forget the jargon of Personal Development, everyday language has turns of phrase that describe how it feels to be ‘out of tune’ and, no coincidence, these generally refer to the main centres in our body which ancient mysticism describes as the key energy centres or ‘chakras’. Let me explain by way of example. If you’re nervous, you’ll feel like you have butterflies in your stomach – the direct physical consequence of a state of mind. If you’ve something upsetting or unpalatable to say, you might have a lump in your throat. If you’re feeling disenchanted you might have that sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach – a key energy centre often referred to by successful people when they talk about gut feeling. And how come that tension and nervousness can result in a ‘tense nervous headache’?
In other words, whether you knew the scientific explanation or not, you somehow feel that your state of mind produces physical knock-on effects. So what? Well, our normal state of mind, which psychology confirms tends towards the negative, causes all manner of ills and, crucially, is the source of unhappiness in our everyday lives. The normal subconscious mind turns our energy in on ourselves – and, as a consequence – so that we end up sabotaging our best efforts. Sometimes we are all too consious of the consequences of a negative inward focus: low self esteem, poor self confidence, a general feeling of unease in certain circumstances, anxiety, stress (all the way up to panic) and depression. But these are the obvious examples of a more subtle and deeply-rooted problem.
The inward focus of our energy means that we don’t have a sufficient amount of energy available to put into what we should be doing right now and it is this ‘disability’ that keeps normal people within the confines of a not-too-bad, normal life. And as our universe and your life operates so that you get a return on the energy that you put into the act of living, with little concrete investment comes precious little return. It’s no big surprise then that people are unhappy and unfulfilled.
You must break this vicious circle of self destruction. You’ve got to start investing more of yourself in your life, by putting more of you into living in the here and now. Start, right now, by taking a few minutes, sitting somewhere where you won’t be disturbed, closing your eyes and simply listening to what you hear around you. This silences the constant noise in your head and drags your subconscious mind’s attention away from its inward self-destructive obsession and gets you used to turning that inward energy out into a universe that is only waiting to respond to a greater investment on your part.

Combining The Law Of Attraction With What You Already Do Everyday
The law of attraction is based on a simple theory: Thoughts create things. While it is a simple premise, it is not always as easy as it seems. To focus on what we want to attract requires taking time away from our daily activities and uninterrupted attention. Finding a way to carve out specific blocks of time for many of is sometimes difficult to achieve. Often when trying to juggle self improvement with career and family, the things we try to do for ourselves go out the window in the process. This alternative method of using the law of attraction will help those of you who have trouble finding time to concentrate on what you want.
As we journey through a typical day, we find ourselves surrounded much of the time with familiar things, situations, places, and routines. These activities can become distractions and keep us from being able to focus on what we want.
By adding a simple extra thought to these common situations and scenes, we can compound our power to attract more and more of the situations and things we want in our lives.
I have been a student of the Law of Attraction since the movie “The Secret” came out back in 2006. I work the theory, but as I do, I have to move past certain barriers I had setup for myself without even realizing it.
The first was that I had trouble focusing, period (let alone focusing on “what I want”). So before I could get really good at using the law of attraction, I had to get good at focusing. I created a product around that, which you can find out more about by visiting http://successconcentration.com .
The next thing I had trouble with was that I would get busy with my day and simply forget to keep thinking the thoughts of things I wished to attract in my life. I set up a reminder system which worked for a while, but that seemed to get a bit blurred in that it too became too familiar to really trigger a new thought. In other words, it got to be so much of a “habit” that it lost its meaning.
I call this new method the “Sense of Infusion”. The idea is that we are in essence creating a sort of sixth sense which will be our “law of attraction” sense. We do this by “infusing” these positive attraction thoughts into thoughts we already have all the time!
We are not replacing our everyday thoughts, but infusing these every day, often mundane thoughts with positive thought and energy, so that all through the day as we encounter these very simple routines, we can also be infusing our minds and our lives with a more active practice of the law of attraction.

The Meaning Of Success – A Little Tip
Lots of people who read so-called Personal Development or self improvement articles or self help books will be familiar with the concept known as the Law of Attraction – that you attract into your life the things that you want from life. Lots of those articles or books tell great feel-good stories about how the whole process has worked, apparently effortlessly, for some people – these are held up as shining examples of people who are living the dream.
But then I’d be extraordinarily wealthy if I had a dollar for every individual who said me “Why does this so-called Law of Attraction not work for me?” More often than not, the answer is staring them in the face – either they don’t know exactly what they want or they keep changing their goals. The normal adult is like a child in a candy store – all those goodies, so much temptation “I want some of those ones – no, can I have some of that instead!”
To Obtain what you want out of life requires a precise picture of success – obviously unique to you – and, thereafter, being ruthlessly single-minded. I don’t mean being ruthless towards others in terms of walking over them as you climb the ladder of your dream. What I do mean, however, is being ruthless with your own mind in terms of mental discipline. And discipline is what is required because the normal mind is notoriously all over the place. For starters, just consider how many times your mind has wandered today. Think about how often what you think you want out of life changes – it’s as variable as the Irish weather (if you’re Irish, I’m only joking!)
Come up with your definition of success and stick to it – single-mindedly. I’m not suggesting that you tie yourself down to “I must have this” or “I must have that” – that’s idiotic, in doing that you’re going to disregard all your other options. And therein lies the problem – normal people think that you define success in terms of the things that you have. No – success is how you feel. Success comes from within, not from having lots of material things. However, don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying nice things are bad – nice things are, well, nice! But success is something else altogether – it’s about being carefree, what it feels like to “have it all” whatever having it all means for you in terms of feeling just perfect about yourself and your life.
You must picture what living the dream would look like, feel like, sound like, smell like and taste like – the five sensory language that turns on your subconscious mind. You’ve got to know what your picture of success is like – as if you are already there – without any preconditions as regards the actual components in terms of work, career, business or money and without any preconceived ideas about how you have got there – you just have to give yourself the five sensory experience of what it’s like to have arrived. Because, when you do actually arrive, that’s real success.

Getting The Law Of Attraction To Work For You
A good deal has been said and written about the so-called Law of Attraction – how you can attract what you want into your life. But very little has been said about what you have to do to get it to work in your favour. Some suggest that all you have to do is “believe” (whatever that means – necessarily the subject of a separate post) and what you want will simply arrive.
Would that it were so simple! Unfortunately, you’ve got to do a little work – you’ve got to do what’s necessary to bring what you want about – and you’ve got to do it wholeheartedly. This is where the average person falls flat on their face, because the average person – psychology proves – is incapable of doing almost anything 100 percent. The problem is that the average person only uses a tiny percentage of their focus when doing anything – the greater part of their mind is actively, albeit subconsciously, trying to stop them getting what they want.
Unfortunately, our thoughts work against us. We’ve about 50,000 thoughts whizzing through our head every day. Some are useless – “Did I unplug the curling tongs before I left home this morning?” or “I wish I was playing golf instead of being bored at this meeting!” But many of our thoughts, the ones that bubble up from our subconscious mind, are self-destructive – “I feel like I’m a failure.” “I’m useless when it comes to this.” – whatever “this” is! “I’m shy”, “I’m stupid” – fill in your own blanks.
The problem is that these thoughts, whether we’re aware of them or not, block the flow of our energy – and quantum physics explains that universal energy responds to our input (that’s what the Law of Attraction is all about). If your energy is muddled – by the normal muddled thoughts of the normal muddled mind – then you’re not doing the bit that you need to do to bring what you want in your life about.
So, to change your life, you’ve got to change your mind – or, at least, the way your mind is working against you. You’ve got to start living wholeheartedly – doing whatever you’re doing here and now in a more fully focused way. You need to immerse yourself in the task in hand, whatever it may be – without letting useless thoughts (like “I don’t like what I’m doing at the moment”) distract you. When you do this you’re energy will flow and you’ll be in flow (a scientific term coined by the University of Chicago to describe the state of mind of high achievers) with the flow of universal energy. That’s when the so-called Law of Attraction kicks in – because you’re no longer blocking the free-flow of energy.
You immerse yourself in the task in hand by really seeing, feeling, hearing, smelling and tasting what you’re doing. Yeah, you’ve got to come to your senses – literally. You need to start practicing this for yourself early each morning. You could try some formal meditation (it’s great!) or just take a few minutes out, see the steam rise off your coffee, taste the bitter taste, smell the aroma, cup the mug in your hands and feel the warmth and listen to hum of the refrigerator or the hiss of the coffee-maker. The props you need for your own personal development are all around you – and it’s in the mundane of the everyday that you’ll find what you’re looking for out of life.

Law Of Attraction Tips- Learn The Law Of Attraction
When people usually first get interested in learning about the law of attraction, there usually is a bit of a curve that they have to be able to navigate through. Your intuitive nature is probably going to be skeptical at the very idea that you can create and manifest the life that you WANT to live. Though there are MANY people that have been able to learn law of attraction, there are just as many, if not more, that have been unable to do so. For you to have a healthy skepticism is pretty natural.
You might be looking then, for some law of attraction tips that can help you to learn how to use the law of attraction and manifest real results. There are many different tips that you can use to YOUR benefit in terms of the law of attraction, but I will share a few that I believe to be amongst the most powerful.
So, here are some law of attraction tips for YOU:
1. You cannot just wish for things to happen or to appear in your life.
This is where so many people stray off the path of really being able to harness the power of the law of attraction. They assume that all they have to do is to train their mind to wish hard enough for something and it will just appear before their eyes. Wouldn’t that be nice? Instead of relying on your wishes to come TRUE, you have to work towards the things that you desire. Sounds like common advice, but it is important to note that the magical genie is NOT going to just POP out.
2. You have to be able to train your mind to BELIEVE.
This is where you NEED to spend quite a bit of time. Most people are skeptical and even cynical by nature, but you have to remove that skepticism and start to BELIEVE in YOURSELF more than ever. Though you may have a past that does not seem to reflect a positive future, it’s more than likely that it will happen IF you believe it to be so. If you have attempted at a business before, you may think that you don’t have what it takes. However, with the law of attraction, you have to be a bit more creative. Maybe you were just in the WRONG business.
3. You have to be SWIFT to take action.
If you hesitate, if you second guess yourself and all of your decisions, then you are going to miss out on opportunities that are all around YOU. Do not be afraid to take a chance and try something outside of the ordinary. After all, the people that have shaped history before were not afraid to be extraordinary. They were not afraid to DREAM and to take CHANCES. This is how you have to be as well for the law of attraction to really take hold and start to HELP you shape your life.
Most people that want to learn about the law of attraction are really looking for magical solutions to make their DREAMS come TRUE. However, YOU have to be willing to take those dreams and work to make them come true. We all want a magic genie, but we should all know that they do NOT exist.
